i had c section delivery last Tuesday I.e 21 nov .so is it safe to start wearing a belt or when is the right time to wear a belt?

A. It is always advisable to use a cotton saree to tie your abdomen after delivery which is more comfortable and easy to tie and is more effective just take care when you are tying , you should be lying down properly and then roll the saree as tightly as possible. You can start after one week of c section delivery and immediately after normal delivery.
