is it necessary to wear a postpartum belt? how it helps after delivery? i had a c section 3.5 months back.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. abdominal belt is being advised after delivery till about first two months in order to support your abdominal organs Now since you have completed 3.6 months there is no use of abdominal belt at present
