Q.
I had C-section delivery....had periods on 1st of this month again little bleeding observing since 2 days after 4days....is it normal???

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. yes. period. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
