after 43 days of c section delivery I got periods again is this normal

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes it is normal as the hormonal imbalances are there post delivery. Please take iron and calcium rich food and avoid maida and oily food items. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances.
