you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.

Please take apt rest and avoid heavy lifting and stretching.
take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning for half an hour
take more vitamin c
don't use demineralized water for drinking
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
