Q.

I had c section about 7 weeks ago.my postpartum bleeding has stopped 4 weeks back.nd now sometimes i have little spotting is that common?or not can you please suggest me.

A. yes its common. don't forget to use contraception. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
