I had c- sec on 19 th march.. I'm having severe pain in lower part of the stomach while passing the gas, stool

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations ligke aglozyme or vitazyme can fbe beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
