Q.

i had a pendulous abdomen during my pregnancy and my baby is 6 weeks old now and my abdomen is still bulging and pendulous shaped as if i am still pregnant...how can i reduce it...i am very worried

A.   postdelivery, after gynaecologist clearance , start walking. yoga, suryanamaskars will also help. this is a slow process so keep patience. exercises help to freshen up. good overall health. improve appetite. breastfeeding wont be affected in negative way. maintain hydration. exercise, healthy eating, adequate fluid intake, massage will help. How fast you recover depends on how active you were during your pregnancy.  many other factors are responsible like your genes and bone structure, how much weight you had gained in pregnancy.
