I had a c section delievery 4 months back..I am walking 10000 steps daily ...but my weight and tummy is not getting reduced..I gained more than 20 kgs after pregnancy...what to do I am very worried

A. Dear mum, in addition to exercising, you should also eat mindfully, to lose weight. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
