I had a c section before two months and i am breastfeeding.can i start taking oziva protein?

Oh yeah it is considered quite healthy and safe at the same time so that you can take once in a day if you want to take there is no problem but please also focus on a healthy balanced nutritious diet and try and consume more of liquids with the formulation of your feed is good
