I had a c section and baby boy Now he is 1 month 18 days I can eat corn

Yes you can have it but in at a time only avoid to have it in evening because it can create gastric issues in babies rather than this you have to maintain a proper diet because babies overall growth and really depends on mother’s diet. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else for six months
