Consume more protein rich food,
Include more Green vegetables ,Beet root, Carrot Tomato, Eggs, Millets , Mushroom , Dates, Nuts in diet.
Fresh fruits, dairy products.

Yes you can have papaya you can have all the fruits that you want it avoid having food with prominent seems like guava and any other fruit of the source rest you can have all the fruits there is no restriction on any kind of food you should have more of Phiber-based diet as of now
