Q.

I got my first period after 3 and half month of delivery. it was very painful and Last for 6days. on the 8th day again I got spotting like bleeding for one day. and after 4days again spotting. is anything wrong?

A. Sometimes due to hormonal imbalance or due to overstress, It may cause periods to come early so nothing to worry about and you can just wait Several factors — such as diet, exercise, birth control pills, and health conditions — can cause a light period. If in case this happens regularly For 2 months or more then you should consult with your doctor for examination and medications.

A. My 3 months old twin babies take feed every 2 hours 70ml per feed. At night they keep sleeping for 3-4 hours. And when wake up take 70ml. Now do i meed to wake them and feed every 2 hour at night as well? How to cover the gap of missing feed due to sleep at night?

A. Hello dear parent, post pregnancy the beginning of periods can be exhausting. Do not worry much about it. Just eat right and healthy diet. Drink lots of water. And it Will settle as time passes by. Good luck and take care
