Q.

hello now my baby was 8th month running.....after delivery I got period this month 4th.....after that 10th March period bleeding was stopped...after 2 days again bleeding started and not stopped till day......this is first period after delivery and bleeding also very heavy....please help me what may be the reason...

A. in the periods is for more than 10 to 15 days you should not wait now and consult with your doctor for proper examination and medication to be taken start iron supplement if needed for a few days

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please maintain proper hygiene and irregularity in periods are very common due to hormonal imbalances and please have green leaves vegetables and protein in diet and also have Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea as it works on hormonal imbalances and good for skin and helpful in reducing weight . Q. Mam after my delivery I got my period in 3rd month itself, present it's 9th month running. This month there is some changes in my period. My last period date was 5th March in this month from 26th itself started spotting n normal bleeding was started from 29th to 2nd till lite bleeding is continued for 3rd n 4th.
