A. Yes, generally paracetamol will not harm your baby even while you are breast feeding. But if you want to take antibiotics it is not adviced, please ask doctor before taking any other medication

A. Ya u can take any paracetamol that u would wanna take and that’s going to b right for u as any basic medicine cam b taken during the time of lactation so ofcourse u can go ahead with that and will help in reducing down the fever
