dear sir my 4 year old daughter had fever and cold cough 3 days before.. I already gave paracetamol 3 days.. till fever is there... how many days will I give paracetamol?I continue or what can I do?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 years old and she is having a fever since last 4/5 days so giving paracetamol which doesn’t work then she needs proper antibiotic too
