I got C section done on 18th of March 24 after that I got my periods for 1 month now it's been one month still I am not getting my periods so is it ok

no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy .
