and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc )
also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. if your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices,caffeine, citrus fruits and their juices, Avoid gassy foods too like cabbage cauliflower as it will trigger baby. Ensure not to add not much oil and spice. Avoid green tea and other heat foods. Avoud cold foods have more fruits and veggies. try you can take help and try to feed your baby. While they hold the baby you can feed the baby and help baby to latch. It would take a few weeks to get trained. Have patience and feed baby. Make sure you sit comfortably and feed baby. Support yourself with cushions an d pillows and you can feed. Also teach your baby to latch slowly
