eat healthy diet
stay hydrated.
walk regularly.
take folic acid and multivitamin regularly .
stay in touch with your gynaecologist .

U Should at least wait for 3 to 6 months let your body be completely fit again to go ahead with next pregnancy Siri find a hurry when you should talk your gynaecologist get a physical examination done and all the test required before you go for another pregnancy also you need to find out as to why your child was stillborn
