I delivered my bby in April 2022, since last month I. having excessive hair fall what can be done and is it natural?

Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. it is completely normal I would suggest you to take a proper balanced diet and includes zinc in your diet apart from this intake of beetroot is mandatory to help stop the problem of hair fall it only co is caused due to nutritional deficiency so please take good care of your health
