Q.

I delivered a boy baby 10 months before through Episiotomy delivery. still I have sevére full back pain while sleeping and wake up also abdominal pain . also while doing household work also center of the back is paining. what is the solution Doctor.

A. The pain may last even for 1 to 2 years in a few people. They can use calcium medications regularly and if you want you can use a Tummy belt to support your back and use pillows when sleeping and sitting and do some stretching exercisesWrite Your Answer Here
