Q.

I delivered 5 months back by c section. can I start exercising normally now, cardio and other exercises or do I still need to be careful about the incision area?

A. hi it is advisable to start any workout after 6 months of delivery. so please wait for few days more. till that Walk walk and walk. don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more. avoid taking processed oily spicy food. increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
