I checked urine test double times after missed 10 days ..that gave negative result... but have pregnancy signs... why regular period missed this time?

A. the symptoms are also present ,when you think more. so you can repeat the test again after 1 week if no periods. or can consult with your doctor for examination or sonography

A. These home pregnancy test or not hundred percent level so you can get a blood test done which is called beta HCG what if you are having symptoms and get an ultrasound done because this way you can be more sure about the situation that is there
