I can see small red dots on my baby skin and face....do I need to use any Cream to treat it?

if there is any red rashes or dots present it may be due to following reasons-
Red colour rashes over the body if present could be some allergic rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever .
Application sdkof calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done  for soothing along with antiallergic medications to be applied only under medical advice of the doctor. if there is any redness in the diaper area it can be due to diaper rashes alsofor this diaper rash cream like ezi nappi could be applied.

sir , usually it is baby acne which is common among newborns.
it doesn't need any medication.
usually it alright by the time.
but if your child feel discomfort  ,pain etc then please consult your pediatrician.
you can try cool pack if a child feel discomfort.
