White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Propefr mousturisation of skin is very important as and maintain a good hygiene .

This causes the formation of tiny white-colored cysts on the skin. This condition most often occurs in children and adults, but it's also seen in newborn babies.
