I ate kfc chicken today for the first time i dint ate kfc during my pregnancy and now I am a breast feeding mother of 6th month baby I ate in small quantity but now I’m concerned about my baby is it okay

You can have non-veg properly there is no problem in that case but this process food or the junk food that you’re talking about even if you have it once in a while it’s completely alright there’s no problem and but prefer using or eating more of healthy food even and non-veg you should prefer more of healthy
