I am using mamy poko pants extra absorb diaper. My baby boy diaper getting wet only front side. It gets leak after three hours. Is this happening because he is a boy? Or there is a diaper which absorb evenly for boy babies?

it is due to improper size as well as the child might be passing stool in regular frequency. it is important to change the diaper immediately when the child passes stool. also you should use a diaper size according tod the weight of the child and not according to the age.

Thanks for the response doctor.
I use diapers during night time only. he won't pass stools at that time. May be because of size as you said. Currently we are using NB size diaper, he is 6.2kg now. I should use S size but when i tried S size, there was gaps in the side. it doesn't fit for him. so i used NB size again.
Should I change the brand?
