I am suffering from heavy hair loss my baby boy is now 1.5 year please suggest some remedies , medicine and supplements...

A. Start a multivitamin and, also eat protein rich diet abd have nurs seeds dates papaya green leafy vegetables and a start using Indulekha oil twice a week and use mild shampoo
