i am running in 7th month of pregnancy in sonography report fluid showing 19...please tell me what to do

A. do GTT. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutYou can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatment
