A. With placenta praevia, there is a chance of bleeding in the second half of pregnancy. That’s because this is when the placenta lies in the lower part of the womb, which is stretching as your baby grows. Bed rest in the hospital.

Q. #asktheexpert I was diagnosed with placenta previa in Tiffa scan and now I am in 7th month pregnancy, latest scan shows placenta is 28mm away from the cervix which is now low lying placenta. What are the chances of placenta moving away from cervix completely by my delivery time. Due date is Mar11, 2024.
