I am pregnant with my second baby, 1 day after my period of time I tested for pregnancy it's positive, ultra sound done no sac found bcz of too early. after 4 weeks my symptoms clearly showed like vomiting, dizziness, sleepiness, breast tenderness but now i am 5 weeks 1 day far , the symptoms gone. why?? is there any reason. u

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl2 weeks agoA. Then you should get an ultrasound done now so you know exactly what is the situation this way we cannot tell you anything without a physical assessment and a proper scan nothing can be confirmed in this situation
