i am lactating mother of 20days old baby through c-section and my weight is 90kg having Pcos and thyroid problems,my concern is when i can start my weight training program

A. hi mom u need to wait at least for 3 months before starting exercising.. but in these 4 months u need to focus on ur diet to loose weight ..
