I am having pelvic floor pain whenever I am changing my sleeping posture or getting up from lying down down position. I am 36 weeks pregnant

A. you can use maternity pillow. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
