my son is 50days old can i Breast feed him in sleeping position ( lying down)

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. there is no problem in giving breast feeding in lying position but at the same time you should keep the head of the child slightly elevated otherwise sometimes it can lead to aspiration in lungs as well as sometimes it can lead to mdilk going inside the ear of tdhe child.
if the child is comfortable then you can continue to give breastfeeding in the lying down position.

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello yes you can feed the baby in lying position but make sure the baby is comfortable and also take necessary precautions so it does not choke the baby which then should be safe and is absolutely nothing to worry about and not a problem
