Q.
I am getting headache due to constipation I guess. Can you suggest some tips to overcome this. I am taking almost 2.5 to 3 litres of fluids including water.

So what is your current situation that you have not mentioned pregnant lactation it’s a normal course so I’m not much aware about it which is why I’m going to recommend you to consult consult your doctor once start the day with a glass of warm water and in the night you can apply some castor oil in your navel
