I am corona postive suddenly my breast milk supply is reduce . what I can do. my baby girl is now only 4 months old.

a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits
have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby. this will help to improve your immunity as well
