I am breast feeding my baby but got heavy periods three months after c section.. why??

This is totally normal. Some woman’s get early periods after delivery. This is all depends on how many changes in your body after pregnancy so you should not worry about it at all. It is totally fine to get your periods back while you are a lactating mother. So you can just continue feeding your baby as you are doing.
