Q.

I am breast feeding mother my right side breast is very hard and painful how to get rid of from this i did hot compress but it didn't work

A. hi yes, usually it happens because of engorgement. so , express milk through hands or breastpump . or take hot shower or warm water bath. Wear loose fitting Cotton clothes

A. dip a towel in hot water n keep it in your breast for few mins then try massaging with your 3 finger tips in circular firm but gentle strokes. then try express out the mikk milk by hand or use electric breast pump
