Q.

hey mam I have also breast lumps.its paining. I did compress with hot water, but it doesn't make any difference.

A. Do hot fomentation or keep warm wet napkin on your breast for 10 -15 minutes and after try to manually express your milk. feed more often, do breast massage, express the milk to prevent from accumulating or to prevent from lump in breast. also consult your gynec

A. thank you for eating after this question you will need to massage your breast to break the lump and you can also pump the milk out it will be painful but you will have to do that you can take a Paracetamol to help with the fever or the pain
