#AskTheExpert i am having lumps in my left breast and they are there since a month how can i cure them it makes very difficult to feed my 1.5 month old daughter.i tried hot water bath and also tried warm cloth compress but nothing is working.

A. get examined by your doctor or otherwise they usually it is due to blockage in the milk duct you are advised to massage breast in circular motion and Express out the accumulated milk. do warm fomentation
