I am at 37 weeks 1 day. How to induce natural labour pains. Didn't do exercise till now. only walk for 1 hour a day.

Ma’am you are in 37 weeks the labour will happen when the Baby is ready to come down why do you have to induce a labour in this stage please don’t do these things unnecessarily wait for the time let your 39 to 40 weeks reach the labour will come on its own
