Q.

I am a mother of 5 months old boy .I didn't loose my weight and belly fat .so please give any advise for my problem

A. Dear mum, to reduce your belly fat, you should reduce your overall weight. Eat mindfully, avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle. Exercises like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts help in toning the stomach muscles.
