Q.
I am a mother of 4 months old baby girl...Uptill 3 months there was no hair fall at all and I was also taking Ma-Dha tablet a day as per my Gynac's advice...as I discontinued from 3rd month my hair is falling like crazy...please advice before I become bald :D currently I am only taking calcium tablet a day

If the problem is severe then consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
