how to reduce hair fall after delivery as I am facing a lot of hair fall now

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. okay no problem wait j. hair loss is very common during pregnancy and while breastfeeding also because of hormonal changes it will take quite some time for getting back the hair better to take supplements of iron calcium

usually it alright by the time
although to prevent it ,it would be best to apply coconut oil everyday on your hair
you may use onion oil too
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder
