I am a mother of 1 month 10days old baby. I have low breast milk. my breast is always soft and lighter. how to increase breast milk. can anyone suggest me please

If you want to improve your milk production then start raking shatavari kalp from dhootpapeshwar pharmacy twice a day after meals and eat a healthy nutritious diet and siwaay drink water after feeding the baby include methi dana and fennel in your daily diet
