Q.
I am a mom of 1 year old and 5 year old, currently breastfeeding my 1 year … I feel tired all the time … feeling emotional and hungry after every time after breastfeeding and I feel dizzy , gastric …..Is this normal .. bcz am continuously going through this from past 3 months ……… My sugar levels are normal…… Please let me know what is the problem??

its normal
you should take good proteins in diet
hydrate well
have nuts
vegetables and fruits
talk to a friend or a family member to ease out your emotions
