#AskTheExpert Hello doctor ... I am a mother of 1 month old baby.. currently I am breastfeeding.. I am feeling so weak and dizziness is also there. can you please prescribe any multivitamin tablet or any protein powder??

A. Hello dear parent l! Supplements should be taken only on doctor’s. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
