I am a breastfeeding mother of a 2nd month baby...can I use Cetirizine tablet for cold...

take tablet cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as welld as turmeric with milk. you can continue breastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor

Yea You can have it it’s not an issue but it is the only thing is they don’t have it wouldn’t do in a day because it has a good amount of paracetamol into it and if you have too many of it then your child may be sleeping for a longer duration because of the effect of the medicines I just don’t have more than two in a day
