A. dear mom as your report goes everything seems to be fine, bit still take your doctors opinion as he would suggest you the best as per your case happy motherhood

A. If your doctor recommends it you can still do kegels to get your pelvic muscles ready

A. Hi momma, the chances of normal delivery increases of baby's head has dropped and position towards the end of term, as well as how active and healthy you have been in your pregnancy. Stretching and squats done during the entire pregnancy helps to keep your pelvic muscles ready for labour. Also learn lamaze breathing techniques for delivery time. It ultimately all depends on how well you dilate and how you and your baby handle the contractions and pain. Good luck.
