I am 36yr old, husband 42(fit with no health issues). We have 5.3yr son. I had healthy baby with c section. my basic blood reports are normal. since 3yrs consistently doing yoga. I feel physically n mentally fit with normal weight n BMI. thinking to plan 2nd pregnancy, please suggest.
